Home Loans
Buying or building a home is a major financial commitment. Whether you are entering the property market for the first time, moving to your next home, investing in property or reviewing your existing mortgage, Aarit Finance is here to guide you through the lending process.
We take the time to understand your circumstances, goals and financial position before exploring suitable options from our available panel of lenders. Our advisers explain the important features, costs and conditions clearly so that you can make an informed decision.

First-Home Buyers
Buying your first home can involve unfamiliar terms, documents and lending requirements. We can help you understand your possible borrowing position, deposit requirements, conditional pre-approval and the information lenders may require.
Eligible first-home buyers may also be able to use a KiwiSaver first-home withdrawal or apply for a Kāinga Ora First Home Loan. Eligibility criteria and lender requirements apply.

Refinancing and Mortgage
Your existing mortgage may no longer suit your circumstances, particularly if your income, expenses, family needs or financial goals have changed.
A mortgage review can consider your current interest-rate arrangements, repayment structure, loan features, remaining term and relevant fees. Refinancing may involve changing lenders, while restructuring may allow you to adjust your existing lending without moving it elsewhere.
Any potential benefit should be considered alongside break costs, legal expenses, lender fees and applicable cashback conditions.

Investment Property
Investment-property lending can involve different deposit, servicing and lender requirements from owner-occupied home lending.
We can help you understand the finance considerations, assess available options and prepare an application based on your circumstances. You should also obtain independent legal, tax and property-investment advice where appropriate.

Loan Restructuring
Restructuring your mortgage may help align your repayments and loan features with your current financial priorities. Depending on the lender and your circumstances, this could include reviewing fixed and floating portions, repayment frequency, loan terms or available features.
A home-loan top-up may allow an eligible homeowner to borrow additional funds using available property equity. Approval is not automatic—the lender will assess the purpose of the funds, available equity, affordability and ability to meet the increased repayments.
